Green Smoothies ( Day 2 )

Assalamu'alaykum wr. wb

Hari kedua bersmoothies ria... udah mulai belajar tentang bahaya terlalu banyak gula buah (fruktosa) efeknya kaya gimana.. tapi berhubung saya mau coba.. mau lihat reaksi tubuh bagaimana juga,, saya mau lanjutin dulu kegiatan bikin smoothie ini..

Day 2, Here's the recipe

1. Bok Choy
2. Strawberry
3. Frozen Banana
4. Blend all the fruits and vegetable together, but i put to much banana here, the color result ga terlalu bagus jadinya,, rada2 butek hehe.. namanya juga belajar yaaa.. besok coba lagi yaaa

i enjoyed the smoothie at office..
