Green Smoothies ( Day 5 )

Assalamu'alaykum wr wb

Wahhh cepet juga ya udah hari ke 5 nih.. Sebelum bikin smoothie, saya latihan zumba dulu pagi2.. seperti biasanya pagi2 buta udah di gedor2 sama tetangga depan buat Zumba hehehe.. jam 6 tenggg selesai jam 7 pagiii..

Setelah bercucuran keringa habis Zumba baruu dehhh kita ke dapur trus bikin green smoothie deh.. kalo ini gue mau coba bikin 2 layer.. udh mirip belom yaa sama artis2 smoothie masa kini ituuuu...

Sooo,,, here's the recipe on day 5 :

Bahan2nya :
1. Bok Choy
2. Spinach
3. Frozen banana
4. Frozen pineapple
5. Pitaya ( RDF/ Red Dragon Fruit )
6. Muesli

Steps :
1. First Layer (Purple) : Blend together - Pitaya (RDF) +  Frozen Banana
2. Put the purple smoothie on the glass
3. add a bit muesli above the first layer
4. Second Layer ( Green ) : Blend together - Bok Choy + Spinach + Frozen Pineapple
5. put the green smoothie above the muesli
6. put additional muesli above the Green layer.
7. The Green Smoothie ready to eat.. :)

Kali ini saya ikutan foto ya bareng sama my green smoothies hehehe.. rasanyaaa enaaakkk dan lebih kenyang yaa dari hari2 kemarin... gimana?? udh cukup kece belom smoothies hari ke 5 ini???

See yaaa on the next post yaaa... Day 6 bakalan lebih cute smoothie nya.. so, keep staytune ya friends...
